      (In the conference center down by the tropical house)

	General:   The meeting is open to anyone interested, not just members of the IAS. There will be plants for sale, a tour of the Aroid collection, and a panel discussion on growing Aroids suited for beginners and experienced growers alike.   Please join our small local group to learn more about this exciting group of plants!
	Schedule: 12:00PM Drop off donated plants for sale, view sales tables/collection. 1:00PM Presentation: (Postponed: Panel discussion on growing Aroids in the SF Bay Area featuring Paul Licht, Bill Weaver, Dan Levin and Albert Huntington.) Instead: Dylan Hannon from the Huntington Botanical Gardens will give a talk on Colombia and some of the many Aroids therein. Colombia is right in the center of tropical Aroid diversity, and has been a difficult place to visit, so Dylan's talk will be an unique opportunity to learn more about this fascinating area. Dylan also mentioned he would be bringing a few plants from the collection at the Huntington to share. Refreshments will be provided. 2:30PM Tour of the Aroid Collections 3:30PM Plant Sales: Donors may describe some of the items for sale.
