Dear Don,
Aloha.
It looks like a young Anthurium podophyllum to me. Denis Rotolante grows this Mexican species extremely well and he may comment on this thread. I find it prefers bright light levels.

Anthurium podophyllum…juvenile leaf form. Looks like a year old seedling but gets a bigger leaf to 36 inches across and much more lobed when mature. Slow growing to moderate. Large berries. Nice plant if you have room for it.
